We are flexible on this issue and offer several ways to solve the problem. The amount will be added to your next withdrawal if you send Bitcoin to the same address, or if you are in possession of several transaction codes with such an unpaid "tip".

It is also possible to make a refund, but amounts under 10 PLN are refunded only for DASH cryptocurrency, because for other cryptos we support, such an amount would not even be enough for the miners' fee. If you have sold and the double spend option in e-wallet is available to you, then we encourage you to use this option to expedite the transaction, in which case our system will first automatically block the transaction.
