Where do you scan the QR code and where do you scan the barcode (barcode)?

The printout shows two codes: the top QR Code and the bottom Barcode (barcode).

The first - QR code - is a code that is used to deposit cryptocurrency at the address to use the withdrawal in domestic currency at the bitcoin shitcoins.club ATM.

We regret to inform you that transferring to any selected address of the exchange is currently not possible. In all cases, it is necessary to scan the QR code of the wallet. In case of changes, we will inform in the Blog section and on social media.

I have less than €10 or £10 left and I can't withdraw it because Bitcoin ATM doesn't issue coins

We are flexible in this regard and offer several ways to resolve the issue. This amount will be added to your next withdrawal if you send Bitcoin to the same address, or if you have several transaction codes with such an unpaid "tail."

We will add them up and add them to one code, allowing you to withdraw cash at Bitcoin ATM Bitcoin ATM.com. It is also possible to make a refund, but amounts below PLN 10 are only refunded for certain cryptocurrencies, as this amount would often not even cover the miners' fees. Therefore, we strongly recommend adding them to the next code and withdrawing them during the next transaction.

It is also possible to select the "QR for a specific withdrawal in PLN" option. Please enter the amount in PLN to be withdrawn and generate a QR code. The wallet will select the amount of Bitcoin so that you receive exactly the amount you have declared. This way, there will be no "ends" below PLN 10 or EUR 10 on the transaction codes.

Bitcoin ATM in my location does not work

We regularly check the status of cryptocurrency ATMs, but if you want to speed up the process of solving the problem, you can mention the location of the non-functioning device on social media and/or through one of the ways on the Contact Us page. We will take care of it immediately!

My transaction is "stuck" - not started in 1 block

Due to unusual network issues, the normal fee was likely too low for the transaction to be activated in 1 block.

This troublesome issue stems from the specific nature of blockchain technology. Given our experience in resolving this type of problem, we are ready to help in many ways, although in 95% of cases it is sufficient to wait 1-4 days.

We have prepared a special video guide for this situation entitled: Transaction is taking longer than expected. To summarize the guide, if you have made a purchase, we can speed up the transaction upon request. However, in this case, a higher fee is charged to miners. The fee is not deducted by the operator.

If you have sold and the double spend option is available to you in your e-wallet, we encourage you to use this option to speed up the transaction, but in this situation, our system will first automatically block the transaction. We will need to unblock it manually so that you can withdraw your cash. Therefore, please inform us immediately if you use the Double Spend option.

Bitcoin ATM does not have as much cash as I wanted to withdraw

Bitcoin ATMs replenish regularly, but it is possible that information on one of the ways available on the Contact Us page will speed up the process at the indicated location.

If you found out about insufficient cash by scanning the withdrawal code, Bitcoin ATM will ask you to choose one of three options:

- return the cryptocurrency to the indicated address
- return the cryptocurrency to the source address, i.e. the one from which it was sent.

Do not choose this option when you sold us cryptocurrency through an exchange, or you have a changeable address in your wallet. Keep the code for depositing funds.

I'm waiting a long time for the transaction to post. What to do?

When making a transaction via Bitcoin ATM , we specify the amount of the miner's fee. We do this using the slider on the screen. The more we pay, the faster the transaction will be completed. The amount of the fee is on average about $2. It goes to cryptocurrency miners in various places around the world.

In 95% of cases, the long waiting time is related to the insufficiently high fee for miners. We recommend waiting up to 4 days, and next time increase the fee for miners (in Bitcoin ATM we set it with a slider). If you are concerned about the time, or it has been more than 4 days, contact us with the transaction ID and describing the problem.

What is a miner's fee (miner's fee)?

Miner fees are mining fees that are universal in the world and are deducted with every form of transaction on the blockchain. They average $2. They cover the computing power needed to verify transactions on the cryptocurrency network. Mining fees are passed on to a miner or computer anywhere in the world, which does the work to verify the next block of transactions added to the blockchain.

To unblock the transaction, please contact Customer Support in one of several ways described on the Contact page or call the number provided on the Bitcoin ATM housing. Before calling, please have the following information ready:

- photo of the receipt/transaction number,
- date, time, and location of the transaction,
- scan/photo of both sides of your ID – driver's license, passport,
- justification/answers to questions:

The printout shows two codes: the upper QR Code and the lower Barcode (barcode). The first one – the QR code – is used to deposit cryptocurrency to an address in order to be able to withdraw funds in the local currency at a bitcoin ATM.

The second (barcode) is used to withdraw verified funds in the local currency. This means that you scan the QR code with your phone to make a deposit, and scan the barcode at the ATM scanner to obtain the funds after exchange.

Why was my money blocked and on what legal basis?

If your money has been blocked during a transaction, it is most likely due to the administrator's obligation to carry out an AML procedure imposed by the government. The law requires the administrator to check suspicious transactions. You should not worry if the money is from a legitimate source. As soon as possible, complete the transaction you started or return the money.

How much is the limit after which I have to scan my ID?
