Additional information to know before your visit

If you’re taking public transportation, the most convenient option recommended by the shopping center is to travel to Depo Hostivař and then transfer to buses 163, 208, or 228, which go to Europark. Trams 7 and 16 also go to Depo Hostivař.

Directions by car and parking

From downtown Prague and the south, the easiest way to get there is via the Jižní spojka and then the Štěrboholská spojka, taking the exit before the Agip station directly to the center’s parking lot. From Hostivař and Horní Měcholupy, we recommend taking Průmyslová Street, and from Říčany, Kutnohorská Street.

Parking at Europark is free. The mall reports that there are approximately 2,100 parking spaces available, including about 700 covered and heated spaces in the underground parking garage, as well as about 100 spaces for people with disabilities. This is particularly convenient, as Bitcoin ATM near the entrance from the underground parking garage.

On-site assistance

There is an information desk at Europark where you can ask for directions to your destination. The information desk is open on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with breaks from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The information desk also offers additional assistance to visitors, including the option to rent a wheelchair or an umbrella. For those visiting for the first time or needing on-site assistance, it is the most convenient point of contact in the center.

The mall’s hours may vary on holidays and the days surrounding them. Europark issues separate announcements for these dates, so before visiting on a holiday or a day off, it’s best to check the latest information on the mall’s website rather than relying solely on the standard schedule.

For those traveling from outside the city, it may be helpful to know that Europark also publishes information on regional connections to the EUROPARK stop in Štěrboholy, including from areas such as Kutná Hora, Čáslav, Kácov, and Kostelec nad Černými lesy.
