We are flexible in this regard and offer several ways to resolve the issue. This amount will be added to your next withdrawal if you send Bitcoin to the same address, or if you have several transaction codes with such an unpaid "tail."

This troublesome issue stems from the specific nature of blockchain technology. Given our experience in resolving this type of problem, we are ready to help in many ways, although in 95% of cases it is sufficient to wait 1-4 days.

To summarize the guide, if you have made a purchase, we can speed up the transaction upon request. However, in this case, a higher fee is charged to miners. The fee is not deducted by the operator.

If you have sold and the double spend option is available to you in your e-wallet, we encourage you to use this option to speed up the transaction, but in this situation, our system will first automatically block the transaction.
