According to Moovit, bus lines 210V, 213E, 225, 325, and E04 stop near the center, and you can reach it by subway via lines L4, L5, and L4A. The nearest metro station listed by Moovit is Vicente Valdés, about a 12-minute walk away, and nearby stops include Pe1490-Parada 1 / (M) Bellavista De La Florida and Pe481-Froilán Roa / Esq. San Carlos De Ancud. This is especially useful if you don’t want to drive or plan to get in and out of the mall quickly.
For those arriving by car, Mallplaza has published separate information regarding the currently recommended entry points. The mall recommends entering from Caleta Vespucio —where there are two entrances in the Ripley section —or from Froilán Roa, where, according to the mall, there are usually more parking spaces available. Mallplaza also lists San Carlos de Ancud and Serafín Zamora as active entry points, though it notes that access from the Vespucio side is currently temporarily closed at Serafín Zamora, and visitors should use the entrance from the Vicuña Mackenna crossing. If you’re coming specifically to use an ATM, this information can save you from making an unnecessary detour around the mall.
Mallplaza Vespucio has a Customer Service Center. It is located on Level 1, in the Falabella corridor. Its hours are similar to those of most stores: Monday–Thursday 10:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m., Friday–Sunday 10:30 a.m.–9:00 p.m. If, upon entering the mall, you need to quickly confirm how to get to a specific area, this is the most obvious place to go for help.
There is also a taxi zone within the mall, operated by Vía Vespucio. The taxi zone is located on Level 1, near the Prosport parking lots. This may be useful for people who don’t want to take public transportation home after their shopping or who plan to hail a taxi from an easily identifiable spot within the mall.
If you want to sit down after making a purchase, check your wallet, or just wait for a moment, the mall offers several comfortable options. The official Mallplaza Vespucio website indicates that the facility features, among other things, a Cinemark, dining areas, and Mercado del 14. Additionally , there is a Juan Valdez on Level 1 and a Prosport, which opens as early as 8:30 a.m., making it a convenient spot for a short wait or to check your phone before or after visiting an ATM.
Launch Coworking is also located on Level 2 of the mall , near the parking lots. According to the Mallplaza website, it features a coworking space, meeting rooms, and workspaces. While this information isn’t essential for every ATM user, it may be useful for people who are in the area on business anyway or who want to combine their visit with a short work session on-site.
Be sure to exercise caution on holidays and public holidays. The official Mallplaza Vespucio website lists the mall’s standard schedule, but I couldn’t find a separate, fixed table of holiday opening hours for this location. Therefore, before visiting on a holiday or a day around a holiday, it’s best to check the official Mallplaza Vespucio website for the latest information, rather than assuming the usual schedule will apply.
The ATM page itself provides all the basic information: address, location within the mall, machine status, and instructions for use. What’s usually missing, however, is practical information on how to get there and navigate the area: which subway station is closest, which bus lines to take, which entrance to use for the parking lot, where to ask for directions inside, and where to wait comfortably after the transaction. It’s these details that most often determine whether your visit will be quick and hassle-free.
