After selling Dash for cash (for local currency), you receive a barcode. You scan it here, after which you collect the cash.

The Barcode, located at the bottom, is used to withdraw funds in national currency. After scanning it at the top of the device (1), the cash withdrawal process will begin.

The QR code at the top of the printout contains the recipient's address provided by the operator. Scan it in your cryptocurrency wallet, verify the address, cryptocurrency, and network, and then confirm the transfer. The barcode is used to withdraw cash at Bitcoin ATM, which supports this service.

Newer models allow large numbers of banknotes to be placed at once.

It may happen that after selling Dash for cash, less than 10 units of the national currency or another currency remains on your code, and the ATM does not dispense coins. Here is how we handle this situation:

Adding it to your next withdrawal: If you send more Dash to the same address or have several transaction codes with unclaimed funds, the balance will be added to your next withdrawal. We will combine the amounts and add them to one code, allowing you to withdraw the full amount at any nearby compatible Bitcoin ATM.

Refund option: Refunds are also possible, but please note that amounts below 10 units of the national currency are refunded only in DASH. For other supported cryptocurrencies, such an amount may not be enough to cover the transaction fee.

QR for a specific withdrawal in the national currency: You can also choose the option “QR for a specific withdrawal in units of the national currency”. Enter the amount in the national currency that you want to withdraw and generate the QR code. Your wallet will adjust the amount of Dash so that you receive exactly the amount you entered, helping you avoid leaving small balances on transaction codes.

Identity verification may be required in accordance with the operator’s KYC/AML procedures. Additional requirements depend on the country, the amount, the transaction risk, and current regulations.

The "Show QR code" button (6) generates an address for depositing the selected cryptocurrency, allowing you to withdraw cash. The address will be displayed on the ATM screen and printed on paper.

Before you press it, make sure you choose the right cryptocurrency and network! Be careful when choosing a cryptocurrency (1) and a transmission network (12), especially with currencies such as USDT or USDC.

Optionally, select the exact amount of national currency for which you want to sell Dash. An address will be generated which, when scanned, will result in this exact sale every single unit of national currency.

Additional option: After tapping, enter the barcode number. If the transaction has already been confirmed on the blockchain, the Bitcoin ATM will dispense cash.

When you insert cash into the ATM, a panel will open displaying the amount of cash you deposited, the value of the cryptocurrency you will receive, and the blockchain network fee. In this section, you can scan the address of your cryptocurrency wallet or enter it manually using the keyboard. Transferring to the wrong blockchain network can result in loss of funds.

Due to the length of the address, 99% of users scan the address using the QR code. However, you can also enter it here manually using the keyboard.
